Take Your Medicine

This thick Giantess has 2 little man to care for.  That means give them medicine when they get sick.  So they were both with a bit of cold flue.  She had to go to the pharmacy and buy medicine.  Good that one got cured sooner than the other.  Seems like the guy on her leg here is not so happy cause even a spoon full is a way too much for him to drink.  The other guy by her foot just laughs because he endure the same torture of drinking a spoonful himself while the other made fun of him, now its his turn.  hahaha.
